Minhaj al-Muslim منهاج المسلم

“Minhaj al-Muslim” by Abu Bakr Jabir Al-Jaza’iri is a book similar to a guideline or law. It contains what concerns the righteous Muslim in his creed, the manners of his soul, the integrity of his character and his worship to his Lord, and his dealings with his brothers. Its goal is to be a beacon from the light of Allah, and a creation from the sun of Muhammadan wisdom. Thus, it does not deviate from the circle of the Book (Qur’an) and the Sunnah (traditions of Prophet Muhammad), nor does it exceed their halo, nor does it detach from the center of their radiation under any circumstances… It includes five chapters, titled as follows: The first chapter: On Creed, the second: On Manners, the third: On Morals, the fourth: On Worship, the fifth: On Dealings… With this, it encompasses the fundamentals and branches of Islamic Sharia (law).”
